In addition to his artistic career, Klemens Sander dedicates himself to the teaching, nurturing and promotion of young singers.

As a professor at the vocal faculty of the University of Music in Detmold (Germany) and at the Carl Maria von Weber University in Dresden, lecturer in singing (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna), juror of international competitions and as a lecturer in master classes (New England Conservatory Boston, University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna), Klemens Sander is highly reputed as both a singing teacher and vocal coach. Klemens also teaches privately and since 2009, he has run a leading private singing studio in Vienna.

Klemens Sander’s teaching focuses on vocal technique and on developing musical interpretation and expression. Klemens works closely with young singers who are encouraged to take independent approaches to vocal production and interpretation with the aim of enabling students with the necessary skills required for a career on stage.

Klemens Sander also assists experienced singers as a coach in matters of vocal technique.

As a certified singing teacher (Bund deutscher Gesangspädagogen), Klemens Sander offers the following training opportunities:
